Warranty , Returns & Refund
WARRANTY
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to
return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please inform us know by email of any item you intend to return within 20
days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging
and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received.
Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also
note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a
refund or an exchange.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such
as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or
where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s
warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may
vary due to reasons beyond our control.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to
be non-faulty, correct, and of the correct size, Wemay minus 10% restocking
charge for returning the item. If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer
will be responsible for the shipping cost on the exchange item as determined by
value in our shipping rate chart. In the event that an exchange is requested
but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will
be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will not
include the original shipping charge for the order.
If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will be responsible for
the shipping charge on the exchange item. In the event that an exchange is
requested but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be
issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It
will not include the original shipping charge for the order if the faulty,
incorrect, or incorrect size item was the only item in the original order, or
if other items not returned from the order totalled less than 10% or the value
price of the part whichever is higher.
RETURN
You would
like to return articles to PartsLaptop.com.au. We will reimburse you the PART
costs, unless item is not physical damage or you placed an incorrect order
yourself. You can notify us of a return in three easy steps:
Return via the RMA form
1. Register online : Register your return on the website under ‘my
account’. Then click the ‘returns’ button. Here you will see an overview of all
the articles you have ordered and you can easily choose which of these articles
you wish to return.
2. Return your item : Once you confirm your RMA, you
need to ship back to us by your own cost. Once we receive and inspect, replacement
or credited will be given by 5 business days.
3. Pack your shipment properly, in
the original packaging if possible : Pack your shipment properly to avoid any
transport damage. This is your responsibility as a customer. We will send you a
confirmation once we have received your return and will keep you up to date on
its further status. If you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse the
costs within 5 business days of receipt at our location.

client services as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the
best products and the best service possible.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we
will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange.
Eligible returns should follow these rules:
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (20)
days of the purchase date.
- All returns must be made via our Return
Procedure with a valid RMA form.
- Products must be in original packaging and in
a new and resalable condition.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially
installed may apply restock fee 10%.
- However shipping costs are not covered.
- Coordination of return shipping is the
responsibility of the client.
- Items Marked "Non-Returnable"
(clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
- Order cancellations can only be requested
prior to shipment.
There are certain situations where only partial
refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is
damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days
after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund
will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit
card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make
the purchase.
LATE OR MISSING
REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check
your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take
some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done
all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
